Bio

Aaradhana is currently igniting the SPARK of knowledge at the Centre for Academic Persistence as a lecturer and module leader. Aaradhana has more than 10 years of teaching undergraduate and postgraduate as well as supervising dissertations. Holding a master’s degree in development studies and a postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, her academic journey has been enriched with diverse perspectives and interdisciplinary insights. 

Aaradhana's teaching philosophy aligns seamlessly with the ethos of the Arden Enterprise Incubator, where innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit converge to shape tomorrow's leaders which is reflected in the module she is leading at Arden.  

In addition to Aaradhana’s passion for teaching, her research interests lie at the intersection of women's entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence (AI). Aaradhana is driven by the potential of AI to empower women entrepreneurs, amplify their voices, and revolutionise the business landscape.
