Bio

Dr. Ngwana is currently a Programme Team Leader (PTL) at the School of Leadership and Management at Arden University (AU), UK, based at the Leeds Study Centre. Prior to this, his portfolio work included executive coaching. He works mainly in Business Development and mentoring within the corporate context and academia. The focus of his teaching is on leadership development, international business, and international development. The current focus of his research is on enterprise education and development. He has written widely on higher education, management and development. His upcoming book is Ngwana, T. & Olushola, F. (Eds) (2023) ‘African Development: a Wholistic Reflection’. London & New York (in Press, by Austin Macauley Publishers) an edited volume in collaboration with Dr Olushola Fashola.

He has also served as a visiting Fellow/Lecturer of International Education and Development at the University of Oslo, Norway where he has worked on programmes such as ERAMUS Mondus and postgraduate programme in International Education and Development. He was recognised in USA by being the first UK based academic to be awarded the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) Jackson Scholars Award. He was recently the University of Plymouth Doctoral College research Node Director in London.

Generally his service to education that stretches across 35 years in total, 22 of which have been mainly in the UK higher education would add significant value to the Arden Enterprise Incubator (AEI).
