With more than 14 years of involvement in UK higher education, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. My accomplishments include attaining the esteemed Chartered Manager status from the Chartered Management Institute, a testament to my exceptional leadership and management abilities. At Arden University I ‘SPARK’ as a Senior Lecturer & Programme Team Leader (UG) within the School of Leadership and Management. In this capacity, I possess the capability to effectively deliver a broad array of modules falling under the Business, Leadership and Management, and Entrepreneurship domains. I hold the impactful role of Business Faculty Representative within the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion committee.

Furthermore, my experience extends to quality assurance, wherein I've provided invaluable support to teams in implementing and integrating best practices. This commitment ensures comprehension and adherence to regulatory standards in higher education, including the implementation of QAA standards and benchmarking practices to identify and promote excellence throughout the organization. My involvement in the academic community is underscored by my role as a reviewer for prestigious journals and conferences such as AOM 2023 (Academy of Management) and BAM 2022 (British Academy of Management) where I have been awarded ‘Outstanding Reviewer’ for my contributions to the scholarly community. My focus on the 'Women Leadership Agenda' is reflective of my dedication to advancing this important agenda, while my commitment to professional growth is evident through my participation in the 'Aurora Programme' offered by Advance HE. Recent engagements include serving as an External Examiner at the University of Suffolk, holding the role of Principal Examiner for Strategic Management with NCC edu, and contributing as a Higher Education External Examiner for Pearson UK. Beyond academia, I'm also actively engaged as a UK School Governor. I have recently co-led and won AI Hackathon on Academic AI tools - Education Co-pilot - Grammarly, and was appointed as an External Reviewer on 'Programme Validation Panel for Ravensborne University London for MSc in Project Management approval'.
