Bio

With over 20 years of experience in creating management education contents and managing business operations in technology, hospitality and non-governmental sectors, Keith Wong has proven records in strategic planning, business development, and C-suite level engagement across Asia-Pacific. Currently a Senior Lecturer at Arden University, Keith is managing the Executive MBA programme while also leading the development of the online MBA International programme to be delivered to Chinese students in Mandarin.

Before joining Arden, Keith was an Administrative Director at CUHK Business School in Hong Kong where he devised a strategic plan to help elevate the school’s position on the Financial Times Global MBA Rankings. Keith had also been the Director (International Secretariat) at the Association of Pacific Rim Universities, where he led a multinational staff team to organize joint research and student activities in collaboration with 45+ research universities across North America, Asia and Australasia. Formerly a Senior Researcher at the Harvard Business School Asia-Pacific Research Center, Keith has co-authored more than 20 teaching cases on companies in East and Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Earlier in his career, Keith held management positions in the technology and hospitality sectors. From 2000 to 2002, he oversaw the business operations of a cloud service provider. Prior to that, he was active in business development activities with a hotel chain in China. He had also instructed marketing courses as a lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Keith received a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (First-class Honours) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
