Bio

Irina Shafranskaia is the International Programme Lead for Arden University, Berlin Centre. For almost 20 years she is nurturing talents in marketing helping to students to grow and companies to flourish.

Irina’s professional experience is within the filed of customer development and analytics: she’s been leading several consulting projects aimed to launch new mobile applications for retail and customer loyalty management. As an expert Irina helped startups to track their development, to conduct customer research (specifically with Jobs-to-be-done Framework), to understand customer value and implement value proposition.

These are the questions she could help to answer:

  • What is the size of the market and is it attractive for my business?
  • What is the customer value and how do customers accomplish their journey to meet their needs?
  •  What’s the bottleneck in my marketing funnel and how can I construct it to attract and retain more customers?
