Hakeem brings over nine years of expertise in learning and development to his role as a mentor. His experience stems from various initiatives, primarily in delivering creative mentoring and coaching in Higher Education settings, and delivering expert support and guidance to his various high-profile clientele.

Currently serving as the Key Account Engagement Manager at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), his journey in the business management space began at degree level, followed by his continuous professional development which has been underpinned by CMI's Chartered Professional Standards for management and leadership.

As the main operational contact between Arden University and CMI, Hakeem’s involvement during the inception phase of the Arden Enterprise Incubator provides him with firsthand insight into its blueprint and vision. His goal as a mentor is to leverage this experience to support aspiring entrepreneurs as they navigate the complexities of launching and scaling their ventures. Whether it's providing strategic guidance, facilitating connections, or offering personalised mentorship, Hakeem is committed to empowering the next generation of business leaders.
