Francisco Serrano coaches MBA Level 7 Apprentices in Leadership and Management at Arden University. A qualified Business Lecturer, he helped launch the University of Worcester’s Business Incubator.

A seasoned businessman, Francisco has been Managing Director and General Manager of nine companies at the International and SME levels. His trade experience includes high street and online retail, construction, catering, private education, packaging, and consultancy practices.

The common themes throughout Francisco’s career have been business development, marketing, innovation and operational leadership. Having worked with European and American multinationals, Francisco has extensive business development experience across all continents, most recently opening new ventures in the Middle East, China and Asia Pacific.

Some of the companies Francisco has led have included his own startups and acquisitions, and is familiar with working with venture capital operators, government funding and licensing organizations. Francisco has two patents to his name, one of which is now a recognized process in the garment manufacturing sector.
