Ellie Benjamin is a dynamic and accomplished academic, dedicated to shaping the future of business through education and research. With a passion for fostering inclusive workplaces and living marketing strategies, Ellie brings a wealth of business and legal knowledge and experience to her role as a lecturer within the School of Leadership and Management.

Ellie has an MBA in Business Administration and a LLB (with Business) from a Nottingham Trent University and is currently undertaking a Ph.D researching Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

As a university lecturer, Ellie is renowned for her engaging and inclusive teaching style. Her modules provide students with a deep understanding of the pivotal role HR plays in building diverse and inclusive corporate cultures. Students also benefit from her expertise in marketing and business development, gaining practical insights into effective marketing strategies and sustainable business growth.

Beyond the classroom and research, Ellie is an advocate for EDI in both corporate and academic spheres. She serves collaborates with organisations to develop EDI initiatives, making a tangible impact on workplace equality. Her insights into marketing and business development have also made her a sought-after consultant for industry leaders.
