Bio

Dr. Noemi Castellanos de Küter has lived and worked on both sides of the Atlantic. With her strong background in management roles for international companies, she brings a great set of experience into her lectures. Her fields of expertise include launching of new businesses, internal and corporate communication, cultural diversity management and international marketing.

Currently Noemi has been appointed deputy head for the Berlin office of Arden University, working on student satisfaction, internal communication, external relations, supervision of the lecturing staff and founding of an entrepreneurship club.

Having been actively involved with the British and American Chambers of Commerce in Germany, she has built a strong network with top management of German and international companies. Noemi is also actively involved with NGOs by offering consulting and support both in NYC and Berlin.

Dr Castellanos got her DBA in International Business focusing on bi-cultural leadership roles. She holds an MBA in International Marketing and a Bachelor in International Affairs and French literature. She speaks French, English, German and Spanish and has lived in the US, France, Germany and Bolivia where she grew up.
