Dr. Michael Nii Laryeafio is Business Lecturer at the School of Leadership and Management at Arden University (AU), UK, based at the Manchester Study Centre. Dr. Michael Nii Laryeafio is a business and Information Systems lecturer with over 10 years of experience, specializing in idea generation and innovation management. He holds a Ph.D. and MSc in Information Systems from the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, and a bachelors from KNUST. Dr. Michael employs creative frameworks like Design Thinking and SCAMPER in his teaching, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students. As a mentor for startups and a speaker at international conferences, He is dedicated to cultivating innovative thinkers who can tackle real-world challenges effectively. With wealth of experience in idea generation, Dr. Michael led a team of students from Academic City University College in Ghana to work on a project focusing on SDG’s where students innovatively found solutions to these SDG’s that were presented to the local government.

Dr. Michael Nii Laryeafio mentors’ students by fostering idea generation mindset and encouraging innovative thinking. He integrates real-world case studies into his teaching, guiding students to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
