Bio

After completing his PhD in Operations Management from Newcastle University, U.K., Feng has served at numerous academic institutions in the U.K. and engaged in extensive research. He brings rich teaching and research experience in operations management, international business management, healthcare supply chain management, and logistics and transportation. Feng has participated in several academic and industrial projects funded by British Councils. Since 2015, he has been a reviewer for The International Academic Forum (IAFOR), an editorial board member of the Journal of Business Management and Administration since 2019, and was nominated for Outstanding Contribution to Pastoral Support in the Education Awards by Newcastle University Student Union in 2019. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). As a young academic, Feng is currently working on various projects to aid medical service providers, such as the NHS and other private healthcare organizations in the UK, China and other Asian regions. Before joining Arden University, Feng worked at Newcastle University and Coventry University.
