Bio

Diana has vast experience working across many business sectors. Diana holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and PGCE level 7, and now working towards her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree. Her research interests cover several aspects across education and High-Performance work systems mainly employee engagement in HE. She has received several important recognitions for her research career, including Understanding the World of West African Women's Entrepreneurship Development presented to the University of Manisa Turkey. Prior to her qualifications, Diana developed a wealth of experience in managing teams in retail and business industries. Diana is highly experienced working in higher education Institutions. Diana is highly interested in volunteering within her community where she is presently serving as a school board governor. As a board governor, Diana has overseen the SEND committee and is presently responsible for the Accounting and Finance Committee, and year 2, KS1 group. Diana is a Business and Management Lecturer at Arden University
